An Tang

Dr. An Tang, a clinician-researcher and radiologist at CHUM, chairs a new Artificial Intelligence Working Group at the Canadian Association of Radiologists. This advisory committee has a mandate to "discuss and deliberate on the practice, policy and issues related to patient care arising from the use of artificial intelligence in medical imaging". In the context, where deep learning algorithms promise to revolutionize radiology and patient care, Dr. Tang’s nomination consolidates our leadership and collaboration with other researchers at Polytechnique Montreal and the University of Montréal.
